RETURN POLICY
Because each item is handmade, I only accept returns or refunds in the case of damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged: Please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. Email clear photos of the damage and your order details to whittlewood.nz@gmail.com. If approved, I will arrange a refund or replacement. Returns and refunds are not accepted for reasons such as: Change of mind Sizing or appearance not matching expectations Please read all product descriptions and dimensions carefully before purchasing.
